Design And Implementation Of Military Training Information Management System

With the continuous development of military informationization's construction,information techniques have been extensively applied to military affairs field,and military training is also entering into the information management times.Recently,more and more management software systems are utilized in military training practice,but some units like brigade or regiment still use traditional way of handwork or half handicraft to manage the information of military training yet.The thesis focuses on the practical needs of army's construction,aiming at military training information management's status quo,characteristics and needs of grass-roots troops like brigade or regiment,and relying on military existing network environment,and proposes the development of military training information management system oriented to brigade or regiment which adopts B/S(Browser/Server)three tier system model,in order to change the backward way of managing military training information which relies on labor management.The thesis deeply analyzes the status quo and existing problems of grass-roots troops like brigade or regiment military training information management;takes the development of motorized infantry regiment military training information management system as an example,puts forward a design goal and an overall framework of constructing military training information management system;analyzes system's function and users' needs;and complete the design of the system operation environment,architecture and database.The system is mainly composed of twelve functional modules: training program,training statistics,training results,training supervision,teaching,theoretical item bank,data query,personnel training,experience sharing,training scenes,notification broadcast,system management.In addition,allowing for the characters that confidentiality and security are the viatal elements concerning the software systems in the army,the safty measures for the system have been established.Finally summing up the former arguments mentioned above,the author put forth what is needed most and what should be paid much attention.Now that this system accords with not only the relative indications and spirits of the construction of the informationalization in the army but also the actual demands and designing goals,it can meet the demands of the applied informational management system.
