Currently,the platform of virtual simulation training system have rich content and materials,include drill,training practice,emergency drills,rules for the implementation training.In addition,we can according to different jobs to finish targeted test.Scenes of Virtual simulation training system is getting bigger,interactivity is more and more complex,in order to improve operating performance,make sure realism at the same time,we need to research optimization techniques of model and scene,on the basis of this,we research in optimization model and interactive technology,The main research contents are as follows:1.We research on three-dimensional modeling and optimization in virtual scene.Modeling portion in three-dimensional scene,according to factors of models,combine different modeling techniques of model,we summarize based on optimization of the modeling process.According to rendering principle of GPU,combine model features developing of training system,we get on image compression optimization from picture rendering angle.we get on optimization of the number of drawcalls from describe instruction in GPU rendering angle.Based on LOD principle,according to one point of pumping in scene,the optimization of automatic assignment clarity rendering.Based on Lightmap baking principle,let envirnmental factor into texture,reduce calculation of rendering,based on the princple of occlusion culling technology,combine Lightmap baking optimize rendering performance,improve rendering speed through do not rendering obscured object.2.We research in the process of motion modeling in virtual simulation,according four-bar linkage principle of pumping motion,create four-bar linkage animation,let it into virtual simulation scenes.In order to achieve pumping control,combine inverse kinematic,use two mechanical to recurrence parametric joint angle motion curve,through calculate incremental of position and orientation of end effector and use speed and accelration of horsehead to control pumping motion.According to eccentric motion of wheel,trolley,beam of pumping,combine several classic motion control technology,through the method of parameter keyframes to alter the motion of horsehead,combine movement principle of bezier curve,calculate movement form of the curve of trolley and the curve of beam.Calculate the motion status of one keyframe in curve,then come true pumping control.3.In simulation training system, we achieved person roaming in the scene.Users could use first person and third person angle to operate the process.Users also could get the desire function through menu.Through physX engine drive in Unity 3D,combined the scene of simulation training system,let the rope based on Quickropes applying in the scene.through alter factors of rope motion,we let rope adjust to adapt position,such as gravity,speed,accelaration.Over above research, we had finishedResearch on Model Optimization, Movement Modeling and Interactive Technology in Simulation Training System.Optimization model acclerated run speed of program,increase interactivity.
