Real-Time Monitoring For Time And Frequency System

The satellite navigation system provides navigation,positioning and timing services to end users.All these are based on the time and frequency system,which needs to provide high precision and stable time and frequency signals to the ground control system.Stable operation of the time and frequency system is critical to the whole satellite navigation system.With the popularization of intelligent and unattended system,user requirements on how to monitor the time and frequency system are higher and higher.The legacy time and frequency cannot do real-time monitoring,and the man-machine interface is not user-friendly.It cannot meet customer's requirements any more.Therefore,it is of very high practical value and significance to design and develop the real-time monitoring system for the time frequency system.This thesis introduces the design and implementation of the real-time monitoring sub-system of the time and frequency system in the ground control station.It mainly describes the implementation of the three major function modules,including data acquisition and storage,human-computer interaction and the control system.In the process of data collection,the serial port server is used to connect all the distributed serial equipment in the network,thus the monitoring system design can be simplified,and the signal transmission distances can also be much longer.In the process of data storage,stored procedure is used to improve code reuse rate.In the process of human-computer interaction,operators can observer system exceptions,identify failure points and the impact to the system quickly through clear signal flow graph design,cabinet panel diagram,device simulation,and etc.,even he/she is not well trained.The real-time monitoring system can reflect the real-time running status of the time and frequency system.It can observe system exceptions and make corresponding reactions quickly and timely,narrow down the scope of any failures,and prevent expansion of the online exceptions.It meets customer needs based on years of real-time operations.
