This paper takes the news reports about "One Belt and One Road" in the New York Times,as the entry point to explore and analyze the discourse system and linguist logic which "One Belt and One Road" communicated in the international.By analyzing 129 news reports,this thesis provides an introduction to the many aspects involved with the layout,position,title,theme and word frequency.By using content analysis method to analyze the content characteristics of relevant news reports and statistical analysis method to analyze the basic forms of news reports.It found that the New York Times reports has obvious bias in the reason,purpose,effect,current situation of "One Belt and One Road",the New York Times always have selective reports.After analysis,this phenomenon dues to the New York Times on behalf of the American national interest.Researching the characteristics and the reason of reports about "One Belt and One Road" on the New York Times can not only found the trend in the world,and also explore the negative effects of the characteristics and the reason.In order to try our best to bring our subjective initiative into optimize their communication strategy,improving communication skills and other aspects to balance international public opinion.Based on the New York Times have broad impact on international news,this research with some landscaping in small places.Giving advice for the domestic media in the international spread of the "One Belt and One Road".
