Reading promotion is one of the main tasks of the library.In recent years,reading and promotion activities have also received more and more attention from all walks of life.For university libraries,as one of the most important subjects of reading promotion activities,the development of their ability and quality is very important for the improvement of university library reading promotion services.The ability of reading promoters is also An important guarantee for the development and promotion of reading and promotion work in colleges and universities.Therefore,the study of college students' ability to read and promote people has a very important role in the development of reading promotion activities in colleges and universities,the promotion of library services and even the promotion of citizen literacy.According to the requirements of the Reading Promotion Committee of the Chinese Library Association,this paper analyzes the requirements of the readers' ability and quality in the perspective of readers,and can provide reference for the domestic library to improve the readers' ability requirements.This paper first analyzes the relevant literatures of relevant readers' ability and quality and the basis of relevant theories.Through the iceberg model and the onion model,the readers' current readers' ability and quality are summarized,and the readers themselves and the library's readers are read.Existing requirements;then data mining of the existing literature on the readers' competence and related theories,and forming a preliminary dictionary of readers' ability and quality requirements as a basis for conceptualization,and then based on the results and theoretical basis of literature analysis Design interview outlines,and conduct in-depth interviews with college students in the reading promotion activities of 4 colleges and universities in Baoding City.Use the grounded theory method to encode and summarize the interview data and extract the relevant concepts of readers' ability to read and promote the ability of colleges and universities.According to the network data information.The ability and quality of the excavation requires the dictionary to correct the results of the coding analysis,and finally obtain four first-level concepts of professional skills,personal abilities,knowledge literacy and quality,improve readers' reading ability,related technologies and abilities of resource processing,and read and promote extensions.Ability,interpersonal ability to get along,the ability to deal with things,knowledge base and education,interdisciplinary knowledge to master,hobbies quality,work quality and service and nine two concepts and 33 three concepts.According to the above theory,the author analyzes and summarizes the requirements of professional skills,personal ability,knowledge literacy and quality,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions based on the readers' ability to read and promote the ability and quality of colleges and universities.Expectations can promote the development of reading and promotion of university libraries.
