Case Study On Risk Management Of Global Delivery Center MSO Technical Service Project For Company A

As the development of the global economy and information technology is rapid,the Global Delivery Center has become an important institution for providing systematic technical services to the world.The technical projects of the Global Service Center usually have many cooperative interfaces,inconsistent service requirements,and many uncontrollable risks.Effective risk management can help to improve the efficiency of global service centers and achieve more profit margins.However,domestic risk management research is more focused on engineering management,less research on global technical service projects.Less reference limit the efficient implementation of global technical service projects.This research uses the case study method to analyze the MSO project of A company's global delivery center and H Bank.This research first introduces the relevant background of the project case and describes the project problems that occur in different stages of the MSO project.Among them,the problems affecting progress,cost and quality in the pre-sale,planning and implementation stages are described.Combined with the theory of risk management,the possible risk factors of the MSO project are identified and the risk list is compiled.Then the risk probability and the impact size are quantified and graded.The identified risk is analyzed by the probability impact matrix,and the response strategy is formulated for the higher priority risk.At the same time,the risk management knowledge is used to establish the standard risk program of the project.The management system proposes a reference method.This research aims to reduce the losses and threats caused by different types of risks in different stages of the MSO project,promote the efficient implementation of the project,and at the same time form the organizational process assets,and provide reference for similar global technical service projects in the future.
