With the rapid development of the communications industry,the competition among operators has become increasingly fierce,the customer base has grown continuously,and the arrears of customers have become increasingly serious.As a result,the operating costs of enterprises have increased,and it has been difficult to further provide quality services to customers.At the same time,the current call models are mainly used.Relying on manual implementation,its call method is single,its reliability and real-time performance are poor,customer satisfaction is low,and its efficiency is low.Therefore,while improving customer satisfaction and optimizing customer perception,how to increase customer arrears payment efficiency is a problem that telecom operators need to solve.This topic is based on a city's telecommunication customer information as the research object,combined with its arrears call management requirements,application of MRDK-means algorithm and HMBPM model for customer classification and continued arrearage probability prediction analysis,in order to achieve customer differentiation,Effectively improve customer perception and reduce customer arrears loss.The main work of this article:1?Carry out market research,analyze requirements for system business with telecoms arrears call department,understand in depth the realization principle of telecom customers' arrears payment service,and analyze and determine system requirements.2?Study MRDK-means algorithm and HMBPM model and their application in this project.3?Complete the overall system design,including: system architecture,functional module composition,differentiated prompt payment and arrears payment implementation plan.4?Detailed system design and optimization,including: functional module designand detailed database design.5 ? Realize the practical use of models and coding of functional modules,organization system testing,implementation and deployment.At present,the system has been put into practical operation.
