Design And Implementation Of Credit Card Approval System With BP Neural Network

Since entering twenty-first Century,with the Internet technology as the representative of the emergence of a variety of information technology,Information technology has been widely used in various business applications in the banking industry,and it provides strong technical support for the further development of the bank.And with the speed of development of social economy continues to accelerate,The types of bank credit cards are bound to present a variety of practical problems,such as diversification and complexity,This will make the approval of bank credit card applications become an important factor affecting in the future of bank credit business management.Therefore,the information construction of credit card approval process is an important part of bank constructions,And in the process of credit card approval,the applicant's personal credit scoring problem is an important factor that affecting the approval of credit card.In order to manage and control the applying for the approval of the credit card effectively,and reduce the credit risk of credit card credit and overdraft facility.The credit scoring model based on BP neural network is integrated in this paper,and a credit card application and approval system was designed and implemented.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced in detail,and the existing credit scoring system is summarized,and the steps of establishing credit scoring model and the main models are introduced.Secondly,the basic knowledge of BP neural network was introduced,the personal credit scoring model based on BP neural network was presented in this paper,And based on the real data of a bank,the validity and accuracy of the scoring model was verified.In order to solve the problem of long execute time for training the BP neural network,we paralleled the algorithm by using Map Reduce and the efficiency had been approved.Finally,the credit card approval system based on BP neural network was designed and implemented,and the system was tested.
