Photoelectric torque sensor measurement technology has been widely used in automated production due to its high measurement accuracy,strong anti-interference ability,high dynamic response frequency and simple and compact structure.However,due to the working principle,the structure of the elastomer and the measurement circuit during the measurement of the photoelectric torque sensor,the measurement accuracy is still difficult to guarantee in the actual torque measurement.Therefore,how to optimize the structure of the photoelectric torque sensor elastomer and reduce the measurement error have become the research hotspots and key issues in the photoelectric torque sensor measurement technology.In this thesis,the self-developed torque measurement sensor based on phase difference of photoelectric code disc signal is taken as background.The measurement principle of photoelectric code disc torque sensor,sensor system error modeling,control circuit and software design and torque sensor experimental research To provide a theoretical basis for improving the measurement accuracy of photoelectric torque sensor and optimizing the design of photoelectric torque sensor.Analyze the working principle and measurement method of photoelectric torque sensor,develop and design the photoelectric sensor elastomer,code wheel and external structure,and obtain the influence of parameters such as torque sensor code disc and elastomer manufacturing precision on sensor measurement performance parameters.The system is designed with different ranges of torque sensor elastomers,and a photoelectric torque sensor prototype is designed.Through the design of photoelectric code disc torque sensor,static and dynamic analysis of the sensor prototype elastomer was carried out,and the variation of the diameter,length and code wheel radius of the elastic body on the torsional vibration frequency was analyzed,and the finite element soft analysis was performed.The stress-strain curve and the natural frequency of the torsional vibration of the prototype torque sensor prototype are designed.The elastic structure of the photoelectric torque sensor is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the photoelectric torque sensor are the consistency error of the elastic code disc tooth type and the circular runout of the code wheel end face,and the manufacturing error and measurement of the above sensor elastic body are established.The mathematical model between the errors is analyzed.The effects of elastomer installation error,elastic nonlinear error and measurement temperature on the measurement accuracy of the sensor are analyzed.The corresponding error compensation principle is proposed.According to the above error modeling and error compensation principle,the photoelectric signal measuring circuit of photoelectric torque sensor is designed.The working principle of photoelectric circuit breaker and the measurement error appearing in photoelectric signal measurement processing are analyzed.The photoelectric signal measurement error sensor is established.The mathematical model of the influence of accuracy,the photoelectric sensor measurement circuit was built by the single-chip microcomputer,and the error compensation module was designed.A static and dynamic experimental platform for torque measurement based on the phase difference of the photoelectric code disc signal was built.The software design of the sensor photoelectric signal upper computer acquisition was completed.The static and dynamic experimental research on the performance of the photoelectric torque sensor prototype was carried out.The measurement error and error compensation principle of the moment sensor are studied and analyzed.The experimental results show that the designed photoelectric torque sensor prototype has a measurement accuracy of±1.56%FS,a hysteresis error of 1.24%FS,and a sensitivity of 0.48°/N·m.The error compensation algorithm can greatly improve the torque sensor.The measurement accuracy,the main factor affecting the measurement accuracy of the torque sensor is the manufacturing error of the elastomer.
