With the rapid development of Internet industry in China,the way of ordinary families watch TV and video is no longer satisfied with the previous cable TV and digital TV.With the development of computer technology and electronic technology,the Internet TV industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Because Internet TV does not need too high technical threshold,and its producers are more,many brands of products have entered the market and joined the competition in this emerging market.In this mainstream trend,China Mobile also saw the huge potential opportunities in the market,so it began to carry out Internet TV business,and formulated corresponding development strategies and objectives.In order to achieve this goal,China Mobile has launched many products and businesses about home digital services,and Mobile-Box is one of OTT TV products,and has been loved by many users.With the continuous development of Mobile-Box,the number of users is increasing,which has brought tremendous pressure to the operation and maintenance of the background.On the one hand,the current operation and maintenance work lacks the monitoring system for Internet TV business.On the other hand,the current operation and maintenance work can not alarm when the system is about to reach the threshold.Based on the above analysis of the status quo,we can see that the operation and maintenance of OTT TV system is facing great challenges.How to make early warning when the system is approaching the threshold so that operators can take the initiative in operation and maintenance,how to quickly judge the fault type of OTT system or IP network,how to objectively evaluate the user's experience quality and OTT TV clothing? Therefore,it is necessary to establish a video quality detection system for OTT TV service.This topic uses the Browser/Server architecture to implement a Web system for operators to observe the current operational health of the entire Internet TV system in real time,and to demonstrate the operating status of the system from multiple dimensions.When designing and implementing this system,this topic has made a thorough investigation of its business process,and carried out detailed needs analysis,whether it is functional requirements or non-functional requirements,have made a detailed description.After that,the overall design of the system was introduced.The overall architecture and module division of the system were introduced.The database design of the system was also introduced,and some database tables were introduced in detail.With the introduction of the design and implementation of each module of the system,the flow chart,class diagram and sequence diagram are used to explain the business process and implementation logic of each module,which respectively correspond to communication module,terminal management module,server management module and data.Six modules,such as management module,fault mining module,and report management module,are described.Finally,the system was tested.Firstly,the test objectives of the system were clarified.After that,the system was tested for functional and non-functional tests.The test results and analysis results were presented.The system operation results met the system requirements.
