In recent years,electronic communication technology and Internet of Things technology have developed rapidly,and the intelligentization and networking of flow meters have become an important development trend.At present,the domestic flowmeter monitoring method mainly uses the manual meter-to-house meter reading.This method has a large workload and is easy to copy or miss due to human factors,which affects the accuracy of the data.At present,the residential area is mainly high-rise buildings,and it is necessary to employ a large amount of manpower for meter reading.In terms of monitoring,the number of meters is subject to the number of meters in the whole charging period.The enterprise unit cannot grasp it at all,because the user The base is large,and the traffic data is large,which makes it difficult to uniformly manage user information and data.In terms of user usage,it is difficult for users to view traffic data in real time,and previous data is not known,and traffic usage cannot be analyzed.In terms of the charging system,domestic flowmeters mostly use IC cards to recharge,and even some places need to pay at designated locations,but this method is cumbersome and rechargeable.Therefore,this design has designed a set of monitoring,charging and management software for the flowmeter,and realized the measurement and communication functions of the flowmeter through embedded software development.Before using the monitoring system,the user needs to register by mobile phone number.The system encrypts the registration password through the MD5+SALT algorithm to protect the user's privacy and data security.The user's registration information and traffic usage are saved through the MySQL database,using the SSM framework.A user management system is implemented,through which the user can be uniformly managed and maintained.The system uses the ESP8266 WiFi module to send data to the Tencent cloud server through TCP communication.Users can view real-time data and historical data through mobile devices such as mobile phones,tablets or computers anytime and anywhere,and design curves using Echarts technology.Charts and dashboards show data conditions for easy analysis.When a user accesses system resources,the device performs a permission check to intercept illegal access and prevent user information from leaking.The system can pay by Alipay payment method,use the mobile phone to scan the QR code,and thecashless payment method is extremely convenient to use.The C# language is used to design the host computer monitoring software.The RS485 bus and Modbus protocol are used to realize real-time data display,data report query and data saving.It can be operated by the host computer in industrial environment and without network.After completing the overall design of the system,it is deployed to the Tencent cloud server platform for testing and verification,and the system's functional tests meet the expected requirements.
