This thesis focuses on the research and design of 71-86 GHz millimeter wave transmitter,receiver,frequency source,broadband AGC and other RF circuits,as well as uses MMIC circuit and micro-assembly technology.The engineering prototype is designed,and the E-band wireless communication of 10 Gbps is realized through testing and joint test with the baseband part.The main research contents are divided into four parts.Firstly,the structure of common transceivers and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced.Then,according to the characteristics of the system,the superheterodyne frequency conversion structure with two frequency conversion is selected.According to the application scenario and the requirement of baseband signal form,the technical specification and design scheme of RF front-end circuit are formulated.Secondly,the overall structure of the E-band broadband RF front-end RF link is designed,and the structure of the transceiver channel is determined.Then,several RF functional modules of the E-band RF front-end equipment are designed in detail,and two sets of E-band RF front-end equipment are realized.Finally,the technical specifications of transmitter and receiver of E-band RF front-end are tested,and the test results are calculated based on the test data.The engineering verification of 10 Gbps wireless communication in E-band is completed by joint test with baseband.This thesis designs and develops an E-band broadband RF front-end prototype,including transmitting channel,receiving channel,frequency source and so on.Finally,after testing,the main radio frequency technical indicators meet the requirements of the subject.Through joint testing with baseband units,QPSK signals with 5 Gbps and 16 QAM modulation signals with 10 Gbps can be transmitted between two sets of E-band devices,which contributes to the engineering application of E-band wireless broadband communication technology.
