With the rapid growth of wireless communication services and the lack of spectrum resources,terahertz waves with abundant spectrum resources have gradually become research hotspots.For terahertz communication,the communication bandwidth generally reaches several GHz or even tens of GHz,so the rate requirements for Digital-to-Analog Converter and Analog-to-Digital Converter are high,but the high-precision DAC and ADC speed are generally low,and the cost is high,which is difficult to meet terahertz.Communication requirements,this paper designs and verifies a single-bit quantized terahertz transceiver structure for the above problems.The main work of the thesis is as follows:First,demand analysis and indicator demonstration are performed on terahertz single-bit quantized transceivers.Analyze the application scenarios of terahertz communication,and carry out demand analysis and index demonstration for the application scenario of space communication,determine system parameters including signal frequency,free space propagation loss,frequency offset,etc.,and carry out the key technologies used in the system.Analysis and comparison,the specific parameters of the transmission waveform are finally determined,and the design criteria are determined for the waveform design later.Second,waveform design is performed on a terahertz single-bit quantized transceiver.Determine the overall architecture of the transmitter through the system parameters determined in the previous section,design the data frame format and analyze the design of each sub-module of the transmitter,then design the overall architecture of the receiver,and design important techniques in the receiver such as time synchronization.Theoretical analysis and scheme design are carried out for frequency synchronization and channel estimation.Finally,simulation software is used to simulate the performance to verify that the performance of the design link meets the design requirements.Third,waveform implementation and testing of the terahertz single-bit quantization transceiver.Through the link structure designed in the foregoing,a single-bit quantized transceiver with 10 G transmission rate and 1.25 G bandwidth is implemented based on the hardware platform,and the implementation of each module in the transceiver is explained,and time synchronization is completed in the test environment.Test the indicators such as bit error rate to verify the feasibility of the design.The terahertz single-bit quantization transceiver designed in this paper has theoretical and practical significance.The architecture of a single-bit quantized terahertz transceiver is determined,which provides a reference for the research of terahertz communication.
