With the development of information technology and knowledge economy,tourists are increasingly demanding “personalization” and “one-stop” for tourism information services.Using modern new ideas,new technologies and new equipment to enhance tourism is becoming a new trend in tourism development in the new era.The construction of smart spots is an important means to solve the problems of inefficient management of scenic spots and inadequate service for tourists.It is also one of the current research hotspot on smart tourism.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data,computer technology and various types of sensing devices,new technologies and rproducts are emerging,and have shown great power and development potential in practical applications.This paper designs and implements the intelligent scenic spot information management service system.Based on the background of smart tourism at home and abroad,the key technologies and development tools involved in the system were clarified,the operation process was introduced in detail,the system framework was constructed,and the system functions were designed and implemented.Through research,the sharing of information resources in scenic spots has been realized to the maximum extent,and the comprehensive management efficiency and application supporting service capabilities have been greatly improved.The effectiveness of the actual application case demonstrates the effectiveness of the system.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)From the data acquisition system(hardware and network coverage)and data processing system(data center,database and main system),the framework of intelligent information management system is established.(2)Starting from the different needs of tourists,tourism management departments and travel-related enterprises,the functions of the intelligent scenic spot information management service system were designed in detail according to the top-down and key-to-branch branches.(3)Combining system-level computing,massive data processing,resource orchestration,natural semantic analysis,intelligent search,machine learning and other methods,the tourism big data statistics,analysis and prediction are realized by use of various programming languages,algorithms,and technologies.With the support of big data,the linkage operation of each subsystem is gradually effective,and the problem of isolated information island is gradually eliminated.After applying the research results to Xixi Wetland Hongyuan Scenic area,the functions of management and protection are obviously improved,the labor cost is greatly reduced,the response time of events is effectively shortened,and the effect of service and marketing is gratifying.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole article and points out the problems that need further study in technology and application.
