With the advent of Big Data and the "Internet+" era,the development of information technology has become more rapid,which in turn has driven the transformation and upgrading of other traditional industries.In order to adapt to the development of the times,enterprises must actively embrace the Internet and Big Data.In recent years,the tourism industry has gradually begun to pay attention to the application of new technologies such as Big Data.It is the general trend to use big data to explore new tourism needs,promote the innovation of tourism business models,and improve the competitiveness of tourism enterprises.This dissertation takes smart tourism model of QJ Cultural Tourism Company's scenic area as the research object.Through the analysis of the market environment,industry trends and the company's own situation,in the case of further investigation,the following four problems of the enterprise are obtained: first,the operating capacity of open scenic area is insufficient,and second there is a lack of connection between scenic areas.The third is that the increased tourists lead to increased operating costs and low tourist satisfaction.The fourth is that the information construction system is not perfect and the smart tourism construction lacks a unified plan.In response to these problems,combined with the research on Big Data and Smart Tourism at home and abroad,a solution of smart tourism model based on big data technology for the scenic area is proposed.The first is the construction of a smart tourism platform.Based on the company's actual situation,it proposes the integration of network resources to achieve data interoperability,to build Internet of Things and Video Surveillance to enrich data collection,the construction of big data platforms and the construction of various applications.And lay a good technical foundation for the application of big data and smart tourism model.The second is based on the smart tourism platform,using Big Data,in the aspects of diversified marketing,connection between scenic areas,smart management of scenic area and self-service of tourist.It proposes a new operating model for QJ Cultural Tourism Company,thereby broadening marketing channels,transforming customer sources,strengthening management,optimizing the tourist environment,and improving tourist satisfaction.Thirdly,in order to ensure that the construction of Smart Tourism led by enterprises can proceed smoothly,a series of safeguard measures in organization,sources of funds and personnel training are proposed.Finally,it is pointed out that under the background of Big Data,tourism enterprises want to develop better,they must rely on big data technology.QJ Cultural Tourism Company wants to achieve long-term development in the future,the construction of smart tourism platform based on big data technology and the innovation of its operation model are its important ways,and the construction of Smart Tourism must be unifiedly planned and form an effective management mechanism.In addition,the in-depth participation of government will escort enterprises in policy formulation,industrial coordination and funds support.
