In recent years,with the development of economy and the progress of the society,the rapid development of tourism,travel augmented experiences as an important way,not only can relax the mood,and at the same time also can bring more rich spiritual experience.As a result,tourism has gradually become the main activities of people leisure vacation.People's demand for tourism is becoming more and more diversified.However,there are still many problems in the tourist guide system of domestic scenic spots are heavily congested.In order to solve the problems in the guide system,this paper carries out the framework of the guide system;The paper also makes an in-depth study of the embedded tour guide equipment and the route recommendation algorithm in the tour service system.The main work of this paper includes:(1)According to the tourism scene,the smart tour guide system needs to analyze,determine the functions of intelligent guide system needs to realize,and put forward the smart tour guide system architecture.The relationship between the various subsystems are given in detail,including tour guide device based on Bluetooth positioning tourists wisdom attractions as well as by scanning electronic fence Bluetooth radio information send warning signals to the tourists,wisdom guide information interaction between the equipment and the Internet of things platform,data transmission between Internet of things platform and tourism service management platform.(2)Aiming at the problems of inaccurate positioning of scenic spots and simple functions of four guides in the scenic spot,this paper proposes the accurate positioning of tourists based on BLE and global positioning system.NB-Io T is adopted to collect tourist data and provide rich tour guide services according to time,place and tourists' preferences.(3)Fristly the personalized recommendation algorithm of scenic spots is studied.Based on Rank SVM algorithm,scenic spots was proposed to recommend according to tourists' preferences and planned travel time.After that,in view of the congestion in scenic spots,an in-depth study was conducted on the visitor flow in the scenic spots.An algorithm of route dynamic planning based on tourist flow in scenic spots is proposed to realize the dynamic adjustment of tourist route based on the degree of congestion.Based on the MDK-ARM compiler environment and Linux system,the hardware test and software simulation was carried out in this paper to verify the feasibility of the system and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The experimental results show that the intelligent tour guide system proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problems of inaccurate scenic spot positioning,limited coverage of scenic spot network and scenic spot congestion in the existing tour guide system.It can provide rich and personalized tour services according to the tour planning.Based on the tourist flow,the tour route can be adjusting dynamically to alleviating the congestion problem of scenic spots.
