The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community App For Android

With the development of urbanization in China the improvement of living standards,the community's demand for the public is also getting higher.In order to improve the efficiency of community management,the mainstream approach is the introduction of property management system.However,no effective solution has been proposed enabling residents to get better service.Currently,the popularity of intelligent terminals is high,making the mobile Internet convenient,portable and private of the community service system,Thus,providing intelligent home service for residents is the development trend of community.In this work,we combine the real life of the community,carry on the system demand analysis,and the consummate intelligent community service system,which not only provides the convenient management for the community manager,also provides the inhabitants with the intelligent community life service.The main tasks are as follows:1.The specific design of the intelligent community system,including the overall system framework,the design of the database and the Android client software.2.The design and implementation of the client software is based on the open source Android development platform,which integrates the MVC(Model / View / Controller)design pattern and the UI design of the Android-based Material Design specification,and further divides the client into community residents client and social worker client based on user rights.3.Social workers client is used to achieve the functions of visit,repair,water supply and other service management,as well as sign in and initiate community activities for special residents,While,resident clients can actualize the functions of ordering meals online,viewing community news bulletins,online property services and other extended services.4.Client software is based on HttpClient Android-Async-Http open source framework and WEB server to achieve communication between the connections and management.Furthermore,the use of lightweight data format JSON can achieve registration,business services,community property services,news bulletins and other data encapsulation and analysis.
