Today’s world is an information era, whether in the mobile social or in the mobile e-commerce, the Internet of Things platform, Push technology have been a lot of applications,Push technology has changed the traditional "pull" the way information so that informationusers actively looking for more suitable in the mobile network to meet the information needs ofindividual users. Push technology is an initiative by the service to the client-side technologypush message, Pull does not require users to constantly refresh to check for updates, push willtake the initiative to send information to the user. Due to the special nature of the mobileterminal platform, sensitive flow and power consumption as well as the network changesfrequently, therefore, the superiority of the Push technology in the field of mobile terminals toget more and more attention.Push has the following main features: End-user making the request is not required in theactive PUSH, can choose to receive or filter; send and save process can be done automatically,the user does not need to participate, offline and repeated use; Push and stored in the terminal,the user can be used immediately, without waiting for a long download time. For some of thelarger size of the contents of the file, push on improving the user experience is more obvious;terminals, which can effectively scheduling Push content time, in conjunction with theappointment, download more efficient use of the broadcast network bandwidth.Technically, the selection of open source Android mobile operating system. Comparedwith the traditional Push platform, this paper proposed a new Push program, its research anddesign, this program is when Push provider message to notify the terminal, through the Pushserver and Push agent long connection channel to the terminal, the terminal side Push agent keysecurity messages in real-time to reach (an average of less than10seconds), while the minimalimpact on the power consumption of the terminal side. The intelligent heartbeat mechanismPush channel applications, where the intelligent heartbeat mechanism is automaticallydynamically adjust the cardiac cycle, to find the optimal heartbeat interval, the mobile terminalin the network is in a dormant state in the heartbeat gap in the terminal power consumption finda balance between timeliness and Push messages.Using the timer to optimize intelligentheartbeat algorithm and tested it, found by a large number of measurements using this smartheartbeat mechanism and optimized, mobile phones day average a9%reduction in powerconsumption.
