With the in-depth development of information technology in the construction industry,software service providers have developed a large number of application software for construction enterprises.These software greatly improve the level of project management and improve the work efficiency of relevant personnel.The continuous improvement of the relevant standards of BIM technology has solved a series of problems in the field of construction project management,such as system duplication,cross-system interaction difficulties,lack of data standards,and so on.It can manage all kinds of data in the whole life cycle of construction projects in a unified way,and enable these data to be shared globally and updated dynamically.Therefore,the design and implementation of the construction cost management system based on BIM technology has practical significance.Based on the analysis of the research background and the current research situation at home and abroad of the construction cost management system,this paper determines the direction of the system development based on BIM technology,and through visiting and investigating the construction engineering enterprises,obtains the requirements of the enterprises for the construction cost management system,at the same time,it defines the functional model needed by the system.The module includes six functional modules,which are bid-winning project management,project model construction,project schedule management,project measurement and valuation,material management and comparison of three projects.The system is based on BIM technology to design the system architecture,and through the timing diagram to illustrate the process of functional module design,and design based on BIM5 D technology to design the cost model.In the implementation part,the operation interface and flow chart are used to show the implementation process and results of each functional module.The cost control implementation and the cost control information management platform are used to realize the cost control model.Finally,functional and non-functional tests of the system are carried out,and the test results show that the functions and performance of the system are expected.Through the use of BIM5 D platform and related valuation software,the design model has been implemented in a multimode way,which greatly improves the efficiency of calculation and the cost staff can spend more time on cost management.The integration of 5D platform information enables the cost and schedule,materials and quality of the project to be managed as a whole.It is convenient for the project managers to view the progress and the use of funds at any time of the project in real time,which is conducive to the dynamic and timeliness of project cost control.
