The project cost information management has significantly changed along with the wideapplication of computer technology. The project cost management personnel has changedtheir manner of work from the traditional paper, pen, calculator, cost book, and turn tocomplete the project cost management by computer. The problem which is needed to besolved urgently is effectively integrated this modern way in Daqing Oil Field.This thesis first discusses the definition and characteristics of the petroleum engineeringcost management information system. It also gives an analysis about the current situation inthe domestic and foreign countries. The thesis combines with the actual environment andgeneral development method of information management system, and puts forward a suitablescheme for three level frameworks. In order to realize the construction of the informationmanagement system, the.NET and multi-threading technology is adopted. As to meet thelarge quantities of data processing in business level and a small data browsing in managementlevel, and the characteristics of B/S and C/S mode, the mixed development mode is formed bythe combination usage of these two modes. It realizes the design of petroleum engineeringcost management information system through the application of these techniques and methods.The thesis gives a describing and analysis on the key technology which is adopted, the overallstructure and function of the system. It also gives some core code and programminginstructions at last.The designed petroleum engineering cost comprehensive management informationsystem in this thesis focuses on the current favorable technology and method. It can make theprocessed data obtain in the information system rightly, timely and without obstacles. It canrealize the resource sharing, promoting the management method change, and meet the projectcost management requirement in large-scale construction project. It can make the project costmanagement as a standard, unified way, and also it improves the working efficiency andquality.
