With the birth of building information model(Building Information Model,BIM)technology,how to make better use of various data information in the whole life cycle of engineering projects in the field of construction has become the core problem to be solved in this field.Compared with the common manual inspection method of2 D drawings in the industry,the BIM-based automatic compliance inspection technology not only effectively ensures the accuracy of model data,but also solves many problems such as time-consuming and labor-intensive traditional work modes.It is one of the effective and feasible solutions to the problems facing the current BIM field.By sorting and analyzing the research status at home and abroad,aiming at the pain points such as low efficiency and poor coordination of compliance inspection in domestic engineering construction projects,this paper introduces the compliance inspection technology of basic BIM to solve the problems.Through the classification and analysis of design specifications,different algorithms are introduced into the computer for unified processing for different data models that can be recognized and processed by machines,so as to realize the processing of building information models.of intelligence,automation and networking.The main work and contributions of this research include:1.The study starts from the application status of BIM in the construction industry,and analyzes the necessity and existing problems of model compliance inspection based on the current legal standards of the construction industry.It is concluded that the use of BIM technology in compliance inspection work is the current An effective solution to the problems faced by architectural design,the workflow and key technology of automatic inspection of model compliance are put forward,and theoretical guidance is provided for the follow-up work.2.Analyze the current engineering construction standard system in my country,and take the architectural design specification as the main research content.Through the in-depth study of the rules and regulations in the national and enterprise standards,the method of converting the natural language into the logical structure expression form of the normative clauses that can be recognized by the computer is obtained.The research summarizes the translation process of code provisions under different constraints and the relevant parameters required,and puts forward the principles and methods of building code translation.3.Combining with the user needs of existing compliance inspection software,combing the logical framework of BIM-based compliance inspection work,developed an automatic compliance inspection module for BIM model quality,through the compliance inspection module The file is parsed to realize the rapid inspection of the BIM model and the classification,storage and output of the inspection results,which is of great significance to assisting architectural design decisions and cost control of project quality.Finally,the study illustrates the application prospect of the compliance automatic inspection module developed in this subject in actual construction projects through engineering examples of subway projects,and provides a method and process for the application of BIM technology in architectural design compliance inspection work.Case guidance has certain theoretical guiding significance and practical application value. |
