Research On TD-LTE Network Engineering Project Schedule And Cost Management

This study describes how to schedule and cost Chengdu, Sichuan branch of China Mobile TD-LTE network project control. China Mobile first introduced the living environment, explained the urgency and importance of developing and building TD-LTE network, and then describes the project management schedule management and cost management methods and theories, particularly for TD-LTE network The control method in progress project management and cost management were introduced in detail.In practical project for the study, not only on the overall TD-LTE network project will be described, but also includes the design goals of the project, staff organization and work breakdown structure. In this study, CPM/PERT techniques to analyze the progress of the management of research, analysis and research using earned value analysis in cost management. By Chengdu, Sichuan branch of China Mobile TD-LTE network project as an example and applying the methods of the project schedule and cost effective control, analyze the causes and proposed solutions to problems. Schedule management and cost in order to solve management problems encountered in the project, carried out in an orderly way, and ultimately achieve management objectives of the project.
