Today,the degree of informatization construction has become the key to measuring the service level and development level of government departments.Many organ departments have begun to use the advanced computer and network technologies to start the construction of integrated service management.In this context,the government departments have invested a large amount of manpower every year to maintain and manage the agency's website.Inefficient management methods and simple agency websites have affected the image of the organization.Administration of integrated services based on e-government mainly manages the government's government affairs information and realizes the informatization of comprehensive services.In the paper,the integrated service management of the government-based e-government organization is mainly for the grassroots.The construction of the website adopts the J2 EE framework and JSP technology.The underlying data of the website is mainly stored using SQL Server 2014.The construction of the website is mainly to shorten the organization,the people,and the enterprise.In terms of distance,the paper proposes an integrated administration of government affairs based on the B/S model and the MVC framework for the administration of government affairs.The main tasks of this paper include: surveying the construction of the government's government affairs integrated business management and the related processes of government affairs management.In order to more accurately understand the requirements of the system,we mainly use the combination of object-oriented analysis and the unified modeling language.Ways to establish a detailed analysis of the model.The network topology and overall system structure of the integrated service management system of the organization are designed.At the same time,starting from the functional modules,the class diagrams and sequence diagrams of all functional modules in the system use process are designed.Finally,the functional modules are analyzed.Data interaction,designed the system database of the organization's integrated business management system.Finally,using JAVA language and other technologies to implement the system,and the function module interface display and operation instructions.Finally,functional and non-functional tests were performed on the system to ensure that all functions designed in this paper can be put into use normally.In addition,at the end of the paper,we describe the generalization of the paper as a whole and the expectations for the future development.The comprehensive service management of the organization for the design and implementation of the dissertation can not only improve the efficiency of the work of the organization,but also reduce the pressure on the staff of the organization.The comprehensive organization's comprehensive business management not only enables the accurate and rapid classification management and data analysis of the public information of the organization,but also can greatly improve the work efficiency and management level of the organization.At the end of this thesis,the functional test and system test of the organization's integrated business management were conducted.The test results show that the organization's comprehensive business management functions and performance can meet the demand.
