Design And Implementation In E-Government Affairs Based On .NET Framework

With the development of information technology, Electrical Government System plays a more and more important role in Government Affairs. Electrical Government System is expected to satisfy constantly changing work demands and realize the information interchange with the advance of the Web technologies and developing tools, we can create more powerful products than before.This paper introduces what is Electrical Government System, the internal development of Electrical Government System and the background of an Electrical Government Products, which is based on Microsoft.Net Framework platform and built as B/S structure. The paper analyzes Electrical Government System's general demand for functions, such as E-mail, realizing auto-workflow, database accessing .The paper introduces the Web Security part and WorkFlow part on detail for their importance in the System. Not only can it simulate some complex workflows in the reality but also help to improve some procedures in the work. It puts forward a customized workflow engine technology after workflow modeling. At last, this paper provides an Electrical Government application instance based on this system.
