Design And Implementation Of Affairs Public System For Inner Mongolia

Along with the comprehensive coming of information era, informatization has been beco ming the focus of public attention gradually. Official doc uments management includes the formulation, transmit-receive and reading of official docum ents. Contrastive and analysis module takes major charge of collecting various data declare co nditions coming from each district during a certain time quantum and proceeds to contrast and analyze, in order to summarize the government affairs publicity work conditions in or betwee n regions. Instant communication’s main function is to solve the problem about effective com munication among government affair staffs of different departments which consequently enha nces the instantaneity and openness of governmental information, meanwhile government staf fs can increase their office efficiency rapidly either. The system achieved processize and elect ron digitization of governmental information, integrated and shared information between gove rnment sectors, in the meantime, it also advanced servants working efficiency and quality. Ev entually, the target that government wants to unify management of government affairs inform ation came true.The system has been operated in Inner Mongolia region, helping the whole government s taff of the municipal realize the establishment of the data information. During the trial implem entation period, the system reached the effective results, with which government staff conduct ed the data information process management conveniently, as well as they could make quite e ffective communication. This system greatly improved the construction of government admini strative affairs, reduced so much issues in the government buildings.
