The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Cooperative Office System

With the enhancing of China's information construction,the popularization of computer technology and the rapid increase in workload in daily work of enterprises,in order to improve the efficiency of information processing,companies currently use network office automation related application systems.The operation of these systems has optimized the company's internal management model and is conducive to the improvement of the company's overall strength.However,the B/S model has been adopted in the previous network office automation systems.This type of structural model generally has the problem that the system development framework is not perfect enough,which is embodied in the chaos and disorder of program code and HTML markup,and the difficulty in separating business models.The consequence is that it takes a lot of manpower and time to maintain the system during the later period,which increases the workload of system maintenance.And with the increase in user requirements for the use of the system,the expansion of the late system is also difficult to achieve.The research direction of this thesis is the design and implementation of the author's enterprise automation office system.Through the research of this thesis,I hope to find a more optimized design scheme for the network office automation system,improve the overall analysis of the system,and realize the basic system functional requirements.Finally,the office automation system will be designed and implemented.This thesis analyzes and compares the degree of application of computer software systems in corporate office management and the advantages and disadvantages of the system.It intends to use the application analysis based on OA system in the corporate office management to compare the use of the enterprise in daily operations and management.In the system requirements analysis,combined with research and design,some basic functions applied to the current system management are analyzed and researched.Then analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.The design of the system is mainly for functional design and database design.Combined with the design of UML modeling,this paper systematically analyzes some of the core functions involved in the current system,and gives the design of the database relation structure and the physical structure.The realization of the system,through the establishment of relevant system environment,improve the application of the current system functionality,combined with code design,complete the systeminterface and function design.Finally,the system test,the test results show that the system can be normally applied to the actual enterprise management.In this thesis,aiming at the common problems in the current network office automation system,the author proposes a corresponding solution,and then actually applies the proposed solution in the design of corporate collaborative office systems.In order to solve the problem of chaotic and disorderly program code and HTML markup in systems that used the B/S structure model in the past,this system chose to develop in the Web service architecture mode,and then integrated development techniques such as Spring,Struts2,and Ext JS.And tools.The corporate collaborative office systems effectively compensated for the defects of the traditional web system,and has a series of advantages such as complete functions,humanized operation,and good user experience.
