Now mankind has completely entered information times. Information society has brought revolutionary change in the principle and method of enterprise management. Enterprise information is a big trend nowadays upon the developing of world enterprise, and the enterprise office management system has great effect upon enterprise work efficiency.The paper has analyzed and developed an enterprise office management system called 'Eoffice' based on C#/.Net. The major features of the Eoffice are as follows. 1st, Eoffice system has been modeled with UML to meet just the enterprise office business need, and the system is more practicable and logical with integration of enterprise office automation system. 2nd, the Eoffice is running with B/S three-layer structure, so the system is easily to use, maintain and migrate than C/S two-layer structure. 3rd, Eoffice has built up with fully database accessing, SMS service and permission control. 4th, Eoffice has strong security such as identity, rights controlling and USB hard encrypting. 5th, cell, integration and validity testing has approved the correctness of the Eoffice.The final released Eoffice system merged office information system with project management and information management. This integrated system built up a paper-free office successfully. It also improved the operation efficiency during different departments. As been proved, it's a flexible, extensible and easy to maintain system.
