China is in a public crisis response hard and critical times,with the improvement of the government and the masses of public safety consciousness,the growing demand for public safety,promote the generation and development of industry of emergency.Put forward the emergency demand,emergency procedures,emergency products and participate in the main body emergency industry new connotation and their characteristic attributes.In LD software company in the process of establishing marketing strategy research,the author guided by the scientific theory,combined with the company's actual situation,make a careful investigation and analysis,for the study of the LD software company established scientific and effective marketing strategy.Paper will be divided into three parts: the first part is problem is put forward,the second part is the analysis of the problem,the third part is the solution of the problem.In the first part,the basic situation of LD software companies should be considered,the existence question and the company's marketing question has carried on the investigation and analysis,and introduces the company's long-term marketing objectives.In the second part,first of all,the Delphi method is used to determine the critical success factors of the 12 companies,then,for the company's macro environment,industry situation and micro environment a careful investigation and analysis;On this basis,the formation of SWOT analysis matrix,the opportunity of company: the company emergency software subdivision has strong advantage and competitiveness in the market,is advantageous for the development of the company market;In the third part,first using the STP method segments the emergency software market,and has carried on the LD software company's target market selection and market positioning;Then,determine the company's general strategy is differentiation strategy,and develop for the company,including "4 p" strategies,the overall marketing strategy marketing strategy;Finally,this paper introduces the application of the author in the LD software company marketing strategy research development in the process of some experience.Promoted the LD emergency software through the study of the subject to the further development of the company,at the same time,this thesis software enterprises in emergency,especially with similar properties,such as scale and management software,small and medium enterprises have certain reference significance.
