As a dimension measuring instrument,the linear displacement sensor is widely used in aerospace,military,infrastructure and other fields,with characteristics of instant response,wide usage range and high precision.Nonetheless,because of the low efficiency,poor precision and great influence by human factors,the current matched detection device can not ensure the reliability of the linear displacement sensor dataUsing high-precision dual-frequency laser interferometer as the length measurement datum,this calibration device takes the stable and reliable marble platform as the base,and drives the moving workbench smoothly through the high-precision servo motor on the base,finally realizes the data acquisition of laser interferometric and linear displacement sensor in high-precision and synchronization.Through all this the calibration efficiency has been effectively improved with the accurate and reliable collected data.The research contents of this paper includes hardware design and software programming.Hardware design contains the purchase of high-precision dual-frequency laser interferometer,dual channel temperature gauge,air pressure and humidity integrated measuring instrument and digital multimeter,and the design of marble platform,Air float guide rail table and mounting fixture,as well as the achievement of high precision,high density and automatic data acquisition of laser interferometer and linear displacement sensor by communication protocol serial port.Software programming contains the usage of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the software development environment and C # programming language as the base,along with the definition of wavelength setting,motion platform control,sampling interval setting and data saving,and the implementation of the command issued dynamic data collection on equipment running.
