In this dissertation, the author made some researches and resolutions on the Laser Interferometer and the Measuring-Controlling Device in the standard vibration calibration system. Those are associating with projects from China Earthquake Administration "Research on ultra-low frequency standard vibration system for calibration of seismometer" and Beijing GangZhen Mechanical and Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. "Research on the measuring-controlling device for ultra-low frequency standard vibration system and its Integration".In chapter 1, the destination and significance of the thesis were presented. At first, calibration techniques of seismometer were introduced. Then backgrounds, present research status and developing trends of the Laser Interferometer and the Measuring-Controlling Devices were given. At last the main research content and aim of the dissertation were emphasized.In chapter 2, the key technical problems of the Laser Interferometer were researched. First, counting of frequency ratio method of interference measurement was introduced. Then, with this method, the optical part, the optical-electric transformation part and the amplifier with a filter for improving the accuracy of the photoelectric signal were analyzed and designed. In the end, the proper foundation and vibration isolation for the Laser Interferometer were designed based on dynamic and static principles. At last, some technical problems of electromagnetic shielding and earthing connection in the Laser Interferometer were researched.In chapter 3, the designing problems of the Measuring-Controlling Device in the standard vibration calibration system were discussed. At the beginning, the author gives the outline of the Measuring-Controlling Device. And then the core part of the Measuring-Controlling Device, an automatic measure and control software was developed and designed based on the virtual instrument programming language -Lab VIEW to realize highly automation in standard vibration calibration system. In the end, the related reliability technology in the Measuring-Controlling Device is analyzed.In chapter 4, the author took some Experiments on the finished above designings to authenticate their effectives. The experiments include the Laser Interferometer's function trial, and some automatic measure and control software functions' trials. In the end, an example for calibrating a vibration sensor was made to verify the whole works. The experimental results prove the designed works are successful.In chapter 5, the author systematically summarized the achievements of the dissertation and gave some advises of the further research work which needs to be done.
