With the concept of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation put forward by the state,small and medium-sized enterprises in China have an increasingly important economic position.Because of the limited manpower and funds,many small and medium-sized enterprises still adopt the traditional paper office management,or directly apply the complete set of ERP system without modification.Traditional management brings low efficiency and can not analyze the effective data in the process of production and sales.Direct application of the existing ERP system can only meet the basic management work without the special needs of enterprises.And the cost of ERP use is usually higher.In the era of increasingly complex and closer relationship between enterprises and customers,enterprises and employees,timely meeting customer needs,fine management personnel,effective statistics and analysis of the company's products,funds and other important data,plays a vital role in the survival and development of enterprises.According to the existing sales management system can not adapt to the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper combined with the specific problems in process of sales management of Shanxi Chenxinrui Trading Co.,Ltd.,designing and implementing a practical,safe and low-cost sales management system.This system is based on the current mainstream B/S architecture,using SQL Server 2015 database,front-end development language using HTML + CSS + JavaScript,backstage using Java development,using Sublime,MyEclipse and Tomcat,adapting to different resolutions of Firefox and Chrome browser.According to the actual demand analysis,a complete sales management system is designed and implemented,function and performance of the system are tested to ensure the stable and healthy operation of the system.In order to ensure the security of data,and considering the cost of the system,this paper also proposes to use NAS disk array as the data storage and backup medium to save all the data in the process of sales management.As a storage medium,NAS can not only provide the storage function of system management data,but also create a cloud platform to facilitate enterprise employees' data cloud storage and cloud sharing.The data stored in NAS lays a good foundation for data mining,large data analysis and other important functions of the later system.This paper introduces the research background and significance of sales management system,designs the overall structure of the system,studies the system functions in depth,and puts forward functional and performance requirements for system development through scientific calculation and analysis from the aspects of stability,security and cost.The sales management system developed in this paper mainly includes five major functions: sales management,inventory product management,financial contract management,personnel management and personal management.Each major function is divided into four to six sub-functions.Each employee has different rights to use the system functions to ensure that the system can fully meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,the running process of each module,jump relationship,UI interface,data interaction mode and other contents are designed in detail,and each interface and corresponding functions are realized.Through the system function and performance testing,it can be seen that the system can ensure the long-term stable and safe operation of small and medium-sized enterprises,improve the efficiency of management and sales personnel.At the same time,the logic function and performance of the system can provide reference and basis for the subsequent development.
