With the continuous development of our society and economy, the market economy hasbeen more and more mature. In this market environment, many enterprises want to improvetheir own competitiveness, in order to gain more economic benefit. In order to achieve thisgoal, many enterprises use the information technology to management the information ofenterprise. In all of the information, sales information is a very important, also is theenterprise most important one. The higher enterprise sales management level is, the moreproducts business sales. At present, the sales management style of many enterprises still usethe traditional way of manual management, this management way is not only low efficiency,and poor real-time performance, sales data can be shared. In order to solve this problem, thisthesis proposes the use of information technology to manage enterprise sales information, anddesign and development of the sales management system for enterprise. By using the system,enterprises can improve the level of sales management, to eliminate information isolatedisland and real-time share information. The main work of this thesis include the followingaspects:(1) The thesis introduces the system background and significance of the research,proposes the existing problems in the management of enterprise marketing, and proposes theuse of information technology to solve these problems. In addition, this thesis also analyzesthe current research status of sales management system at home and abroad.(2) This thesis introduces the key technology used in the system development process,including the main C/S structure, B/S structure,.NET Framework, AJAX technology anddatabase technology. Based on these techniques, you can remove the obstacles for the designand development of the future.(3) This thesis introduces system requirements analysis. It mainly introduces thefunctional requirements, non functional requirements analysis, feasibility analysis and caseanalysis. Functional requirements of the system include commodity management, decisionmanagement, sales management, customer management. Analysis of the feasibility of thesystem including the technical feasibility, economic feasibility and operational feasibility. Thesystem usecase includes the system administrator, the administrator, sales manager, salesmanager, sales staff, financial officers, the personnel of the service, the unit leadership. (4) This thesis introduces the design of enterprise sales management system. In thesystem design stage, this thesis mainly introduced the system principle of design, businessprocess design, architecture design, function module design and database design. Theimportant business process system including commodity price application process and goodsreturn process. The functional module of the system including system management module,product management module, customer management module, sales management module andquery statistics module. The architecture of the system using the B/S three layer architecture.In the database design of this system, this thesis introduces the principles of database design,database design and database structure design, and gives the system structure design of thekey table.(5) This thesis introduces the implementation process of enterprise sales managementsystem. In the implementation stage, this thesis uses B/S three layer architecture, VisualStudio2010as the development platform, C#as development language, realized theenterprise sales management system with AJAX technology. During the introduction of thesystem implementation, this thesis mainly introduces the implementation process of thesystem log, database backup and recovery, commodity information management, customerinformation management and sales management.(6) This thesis introduces the test process of the system, which focuses on the systemlogin, product management, customer management, customer request for quotation, ordermanagement and goods return management of test process.The sales management system designed in this paper, using the object-oriented designidea, is a combination of network technology and modern management technology, whichprovides some ideas and reference for the future development of the sales managementsystem.
