| At present, not only the development of the whole society, but also theinnovation and development of the enterprise itself all put forward higherand new request about sales management in enterprises. Establishing a modemsales management information system(MIS)that is supported by informationtechnology, computer technology and network technology is an important basicwork in the enterprise sales. It is also the precondition of realizing themodernization of sales management and scientific decision in enterprises.According to the request of strengthening the computerized management ofsales information of Black Peony (Group) Co. Ltd., and combining thedevelopment actuality of MIS and the practical situation of the Salesmanagement department, technological bases of MIS are studied and analyzed,this paper makes detail system analysis by use of structured analysis method.Analyzing contents include organization structure. Managing operation flow,requirement of users, etc. Based on the analysis result, the logic model ofnew system is put forward. And the design of the conceptual structure andlogical structure of the system's database are based on database theoriesand the practical situation of the sale department. By use of structured designmethod, the system design is carried on and the physical model of the systemis posed.The design of the system is based on the contents and characteristicsof sales management work and pays much attention to interaction, simplicityand principle of visualization. The system can provide exact and comprehensivedata and analytic result for sales management and improve the work efficiency,quality and validity, reliability, real time of decision. |
