With the rapid development of the network technology and the software technology,the management means of modern enterprises are gradually moving from traditional management to informationization.With the help of information technology,the efficiency of enterprises' various tasks has been greatly improved.The performance-related management is an important work with universality in modern enterprise management.Timely,accurate and fair accounting of employees' performance salary is an important subject of modern enterprise management.The performance-related accounting still remains in the traditional Excel table accounting mode when the network and "big data" technology are widely applied.Speeding up informatization management has become an urgent need to improve the performance-related management in electricity section.According to the current performance-related management measures of the signal section and the regulations of the railway labor management.This paper divides the performance-related management system into four modules which includes base information management module,performance management module,reward management module and salary distribution module.Through the research of labor and human resources department,the planning and finance department and the field workshop.The division of four modules makes system function more clear and makes the system structure more reasonable.In the requirements analysis stage,this paper uses UML to analyze and describe the system.Meanwhile,it uses case diagram and swimming lane map to analyze data control relationship and uses sequence diagram to describe the sequence interaction between modules.JAVA,MySQL database technology,Bootstrap technology,Html5 and other technologies was also used to develop the management system with browser/server mode structure.The system was tested by using the black box and white box,and the system performance was tested.The performance salary system meets the need of performance salary management in electricity section and achieves the original intention of informatization management in the section.The system takes into account the characteristics of multiple workshops and scattered personnel in different places,optimizes the user interface,and makes it simple,friendly and easy to use.It is a quality improvement of the original Excel table management mode.The system features the informatization of performance salary management in the railway industry.The system functions will be constantly improved with the change of management requirements.The development and design ideas will be constantly expanded in the future practice.
