The Design And Implementation Of The Registration Management System Of The Yingkou Laobian Area

Institution Registration is an important way to obtain legal person qualification.When the institution obtains the legal person qualification,its efficiency will also be enhanced.A institution with a legal person's qualification has begun to be protected by the law,and in turn its market behavior is subject to certain norms.The registration of registration,registration of change,registration of cancellation and annual inspection are mainly included in the registration of institutions.Institution registration management system is an innovation in the registration management of public institutions under the background of rapid development of informatization.The use of system can change the way of traditional manual work.This paper takes the laobian area of Yingkou as an example to design and implement the registration management system of the institution.First of all,the actual working needs of the Bureau in Yingkou laobian area are analyzed,the development goals and principles of the system are introduced,and the business process of the system is described.Secondly,detailed design of the system,using a layered approach to system structure design is the basis for the design of the overall system architecture,each module of the system and designed process,the logical result of the database table system through the database design of the system,but also for the design of the function of interface system.Finally,the realization of the system,the performance of the system database using good,powerful Oracle database,and to set up a registration module of the materials submitted are introduced as an example of key code system.The effective integration of this system can realize the resource,the business process of the system has been optimized,therefore,the application of the system in the actual work can not only improve the efficiency of the registration and management,can also provide a wealth of statistical data to provide effective support for decision making.Therefore,the implementation of this system can not only improve the efficiency of the registration management of public institutions,but also have a very important practical significance for promoting the development of E-government in China.
