Infrared focal plane array,as the key device of infrared imaging technology, has been widely used in military equipment, aerospace, industrial production, agricultural production and other important fields. As an important component of infrared focal plane arrays, readout circuit directly affects the quality of infrared imaging. With the increasing demand of the detecting ability, the scale of infrared focal plane arrays are getting larger, which not only increases the load of the cooling system but also affects the performance of the circuit,so it is of great significance to design a low power readout circuit of IRFPAs.In this work,a low-power readout circuit is designed for 640×512 InSb infrared plane arrays.Firstly, the pixel unit is analyzed, and the direct injection structure with the function of anti-blooming is designed.Secondly,a two-stage column-level amplification circuit is designed. The first stage is a charge amplifier with CDS(Correlated Double Sampling)function, which can reduce the KTC and FPN noise of the preceding stage, while the second stage is the columnlevel buffer, which works under a dynamic mode and only consumes large power when it is selected or needs to settle signals on the column output bus.The column output bus adopts the bus division design, reduces the requirement of the column buffer current by reducing the parasitic capacitance of the column output bus and increasing the bus signal setting time, which can reduce the power consumption. Finally,a digital control circuit of the readout circuit is designed which supports functions like adjustments of readout orders, dynamic windowing and multi-channel outputs. The circuit and the layout are designed and simulated basing on the Chartered 0.35?m DPTM 5V process platform.According to the result of the simulation, under the output speed of 10 MHz,the output swing is 2.73 V,the linearity is 99.66%,the output equivalent noise is less than 311?v,the dynamic range is 78.87 dB and the power consumption of the readout circuit is 55.51 mW under single channel output mode, meeting the requirements of the design index.
