As the "last pass" of tax collection and management,tax inspection is also responsible for preventing taxpayers from evading the "last line of defense" of tax obligations.Under the background of the big data era,the tax inspection departments collect the inspection data through information technology,analyze and process them,and make comprehensive use of them.This not only enhances the effectiveness of law enforcement,but also enhances the corresponding management,so that the tax inspection work can be carried out smoothly.With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of information technology,the degree of informationization of tax inspection is gradually improving.However,according to the actual situation of the current stage of audit management,the management of audit cases with the help of semi-manual and semi-automatic tax inspection system,can not fully reflect the sunshine standard,fair and just principle of law enforcement,also can not give full play to the role of the audit function.In March 2018,the State Council proposed to reform the tax collection and management system of State Taxation and local taxation,and to merge tax and local taxation institutions at and below the provincial level.Based on the above-mentioned situations,in order to further promote the standardized and standardized management of tax inspection work,effectively guard against unfair and incomplete problems caused by subjective consciousness,steadily promote the modernization of tax inspection,further improve the level of audit management,severely crack down on various types of tax violations,and further mention It is very necessary to enhance the deterrent power of tax inspection and establish and improve a unified,standardized,coordinated and efficient tax inspection information management system.This puts forward higher requirements for the intellectualization of the management system of tax inspection and management.In view of this,this paper designs an information management system of tax inspection based on the existing research results and combined with the actual situation.The technology used in the system design also includes J2 EE technology,Oracle database and UML modeling technology.Through the analysis of the overall requirements of the system,it is known that the four main links of tax inspection are case selection,inspection,trial and execution.Therefore,the system functions are divided into four modules,together with two modules of statistical query and system management.The system performance requirement is analyzed;the system architecture is designed and the core function modules are designed according to the system requirement analysis.At the same time,the corresponding structure diagrams and flow diagrams are drawn using UML modeling technology,and the E-R model and data table are designed using Oracle database.The creation of the current environment and tools to achieve the role of some modules by interface and part of the code,elaborated on the system security issues.After that,the two aspects of the system's function and performance are tested.The result of the test is that the system basically realizes the function of the core module,and has good stability and easy operation.
