Greenhouse energy management system can make some systemic administration such as measure and analysis for water,electricity,heat,gas and some other energy in greenhouse so as to achieve a certain energy-saving effect.It has matured in some countries Horticulture developed,but in China,the research on greenhouse energy management is very few,and because of different national conditions,the introduction of the technology is mostly based on PC platform,there are many problems such as poor system expansibility and high cost.In view of the above problems,the software and hardware architecture of embedded greenhouse energy management platform is studied and an embedded intelligent greenhouse energy management platform based on STM32 is designed according to the analysis of the basic functional requirements of the greenhouse energy management in this paper.On the side of hardware,the hardware selection and design of several main function modules such as communication module,storage module,human-computer interaction module,power supply module are completed.On the side of software,we first completed a series of transplant work according to the development requirements:transplanted the embedded real-time operating system ?COS-?to realize the multi-task switching scheduling,transplanted the SQLite database to realize the fast storage query,transplanted the ?C/GUI to complete the design of human-computer interaction interface.Then,this paper studied the main process of the software operation of the whole platform,designed the main function modules of RS485 communication,data acquisition and human-computer interaction,and summed up a priority-based heating energy saving decision support algorithm.In the aspect of system verification,the main functions of user registration,equipment management and energy metering of the platform are verified.The result shows that the platform can meet the basic needs of energy management in the greenhouse,and has the advantages of low cost and strong expansibility,and it is feasible to apply it to the greenhouse industry in China.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the research of the whole topic,and points out the shortcomings and the future development direction.
