Today’s society is moving into the Internet age, the Internet has become an importantinformation transmission carrier. Although the PC in the form of most of the networkterminal is still, but as a computer application development trends-embedded systems aresprung up everywhere, and already has a large number of8,16,32-bit embeddedmicrocontroller applications. Embedded devices connected to the Internet is becoming atrend, and shows strong vitality and broad application prospects.In recent years, greenhouse cultivation, to improve people’s living standards have broughtgreat convenience, rapid promotion and application. Temperature, humidity, light intensityand other environmental factors on the growth of crops in the planting environment plays abig impact. The traditional monitoring methods is a large number of sensor nodes, arrangedin greenhouse through the RS-485bus will collect information to the IPC to be processed,this method requires the laying of communication lines in greenhouse to pass monitoringinformation. But this approach to field installation and maintenance inconvenienced, butalso difficult to WAN to query real-time environmental data in a certain place inside thegreenhouse. Mobile wireless communication technology, development of agriculturalinformation and the Internet “the last1km seamless” connectivity, remote informationaccess, transmission and switching an effective way, including GPRS technology becauseof its high transmission quality, always online,and low communication costs, etc., hasbeen widely used.PIC16F873A MCU greenhouse environmental parameters (temperature, humidity,light intensity) acquisition module based on embedded the Internet technology, design andresearch, and access to Internet by GPRS network, the Internet client on the remotereal-time monitoring of environmental parameters in the greenhouse.In this paper, the main work and the results achieved are as follows:1.PC as the host computer, the greenhouse through the embedded Internetmicrocontroller for the next bit machine monitoring system hardware and softwaredesign. Focus on the development of hardware and software design of the next bit machineto a new microcontroller PIC16F873A greenhouse automatic control of the coremonitoring module.2.GPRS network embedded module device to wirelessly access the Internet, save thecost of information transfer. GPRS communication module using Wavecome ARM7core of the Maestro100Lite (including GSM/GPRS functionality, basic TCP/IP protocolstack), and internal functions in the embedded real-time operating system, the OPEN ATprogramming, and through the HyperTerminal command file is written to inside themodule.3.Single-chip microcomputer as the core, the GPRS module transparency, the directinteraction between the MCU and the remote PC in order to build a transparent transfer ofdata directly embedded greenhouse monitoring devices access the Internet.Result of this paper to further enhance the level of monitoring of the greenhousetemperature and humidity environment, especially the remote monitoring the level ofgreenhouse, and the development of new greenhouse monitoring technology and lay asolid theoretical foundation and technical basis, is the modern information technology inthe embedded Internet once a mechanism of monitoring and research areas of remotegreenhouses and basic exploration has important theoretical value and practicalsignificance, and theoretical and applied foundation laid for the construction of M2M.
