Nowadays Greenhouse cultivation technology is more and more widely used.According to the collected environmental factors in the greenhouse,we can establish the crop growth model,crop growth cycle to arrive at a complete and accurate data program.It is an important intelligent trend of the greenhouse development.With the development of sensor technology,intelligent greenhouse equipment came into being.Advanced wiring was used to supply power for the all kinds of sensor decvices while the greenhouse was built.In the meantime,the greenhouse costs a lot and is easy to be disturbed.The problem of power supply can not be effectively solved as well.According to the present situation and existing problems of greenhouse monitoring system in our country and abroad,this paper develops and designs an environment monitoring system of greenhouse based on energy self-collecting WSN node.It focuses on the hardware system based on the Zigbee protocol,the energy self-collecting power supply module,the cloud server design and the Android mobile phone app application,the mobile phone application can real-time display the internal environment factors of the greenhouse and make long-term graphical management curve for each environmental factor.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Researching the wireless network protocol of Zigbee.Based on this,different sensor circuits are designed according to the different roles in the protocol,and the sensor data collecting end and coordinator data summarizing end are designed.CC2530 chip as a hardware controller circuit design,including the various sensor collection circuit,CC2530 MCU core control circuit,power supply module coordinator circuit and GPRS / 3G communication unit circuit.(2)In order to solve the problem that the sensor data acquisition terminal can not supply power continuously,the mainstream energy self-collecting technology is studied,and the energy self-collecting solar power supply module is designed and developed.Using the new power management chip Bq25570 as a micro-energy collector,the design of peripheral control circuit,the collection of weak solar environment for the collection side to provide power to achieve the node's energy supply,to ensure its long-term effective work.(3)Design and develop the cloud server system.Cloud server is the underlying hardware system and Android mobile phone data exchange between the application of the "bridge." Cloud aggregation of data and persistence of data are performed on the server.The data intensive management and database design are completed,including receiving and analyzing the underlying hardware data and providing the data source for the client application.(4)Designing the Android node information management application: Combined with the system development needs,the Android application is divided into different functional modules,including the development of network communication services module,the environment data local database management module,the user system management module As well as each node data charting module and the threshold overflow alarm module.The bottom-up development is carried out in a hierarchical architecture pattern,and the data collected by the nodes are tested and compared.In this paper,the greenhouse energy saving environment monitoring system based on energy self-gathering WSN node is designed.The micro energy collected by the energy acquisition module can provide lasting power supply for the sensor acquisition end.The Zigbee wireless sensor network used in the hardware circuit realizes the acquisition Model of the new breakthrough,while the design and development of Android-side management app make users to regulate and manage the greenhouse environment anytime and anywhere,and environmental alarm information to make sensitive alarm response,it really reach the greenhouse monitoring concept.
