With annually increasing greenhouse gas emissions,the rising global temperature has led to a greenhouse effect which,without being controlled by taking timely and effective measures,will do severe harm to human's life,health and even the ecological environment.Therefore,it's imperative to manage and analyze the data of greenhouse gases.It is prescribed by law in China that the Provincial Greenhouse Gas Inventory needs turning into a routine job.Thus,it is urgent in our Province to work out how to collect,classify,store,manage and use these data in a more convenient and faster way and how to form a set of the long-term mechanism of data submission on a regular basis based on the submission of existing data.In response to the national call,the thesis designs and implements the Greenhouse Gas Data Management Platform based on the actual needs of the climate center.The thesis analyzes the data management process of greenhouse gases,collects the data on the activity level needed in the process of data management in combination with realities of each department,identifies the calculating model by referencing the calculating equation in the field of energy,and generates statistical results,report inventory and visual representations after combining the collected emission factor.Firstly,it is necessary to manage the user's requirements into documents and communicate with the client for each requirement.Secondly,on this basis,it is needed to analyze the overall requirement of the Platform and model the data,define the project's expectations and the specified scheme,separate modules to its overall architecture and function,and proceed detailed analyzing design to the database.According to the function requirements,the Greenhouse Gas Data Management Platform is divided into three subsystems:the Data Direct Input Subsystem,the Inventory Subsystem and the Inventory Exhibition Subsystem.The Data Direct Submission Subsystem is the submission entrance designed for enterprises.Due to the various enterprises,different enterprises will log in different data submission pages.As the core of the project,the Inventory Subsystem includes five functions:data check,date review,data computing,report generation and system management.With the aid of the inventory personnel,the Subsystem would finish the check of the uploaded data,the processes like data computing,and then the generation of the annual inventory report.The Inventory Exhibition Subsystem can be divided into three functions:the inventory database,the inventory report and the comprehensive query.This Subsystem is designed to facilitate the system users to make a clear comparison of each year's data and the personnel to manage the data.After the accomplishment of the system module division,it is required to proceed writing code for the system.According to the detailed design scheme,specific module partition and the timing nodes of each module,the coding of each module can be completed step by step.Finally,by deploying the Platform on Tomcat,some specific tests and analyses about its function and performance are conducted.After a series of analyses and tests,this system meets the basic requirement of system desi gn and implements the management and analysis of the greenhouse gas data.Finally,the system is well developed and passes the acceptance test successfully,performing well in the actual environment.The system can facilitate the data management of the climate center in actual use.
