Study On Library Management System Based On CPS

With the appearance of Industrial 4.0 and Made in China 2025,the core system CPS(Cyber-Physical System)plays a more important role.Because CPS is a new research field,the concept of CPS has not yet been defined in detail.The perceptual recognition layer is the core of CPS,which is realized mainly by RFID(Radio Frequency Identification).What's more,application in the library management system is fairly successful,so the study on RFID technology and application in the library management system to guide the CPS system for further analysis,which is very instructive,the main results are as follows:1.The research on CPS system and its key technology were analyzed and discussed.Firstly,the structure and characteristics of CPS system are analyzed,and the theoretical and technical system of CPS was studied.Secondly,the working principle of RFID and the basic components of RFID system were discussed in detail.2.According to the professional work of library management system and user needs,the overall design of the library management system was put forward.This paper provides an improvement of the traditional library business process,the malpractice of the organizational structure,and the overall design of the library management system.The library management system is divided into seven modules:RFID smart card management,reader management,library management,circulation management,system management,reading room management,document retrieval management.The research was also presented on library management system architecture based on perception layer,communication layer,computing layer,control layer and service layer,built a centralized management platform for a variety of equipment and laid the foundation for the analysis of various types of data.3.The hardware of the library security detection system was designed.The whole framework of the safety inspection system was put forward and the functional modules were studied.The RFID reader antenna was designed in detail.The reliability of the micro-controller,control system power circuit and buzzer circuit were designed to realize the safety monitoring function.4.The software of self-service circulation system was designed.First of all,research on the process of self-service circulation system was studied.Secondly,the algorithm of self-help scanning system was put forward.Finally,the borrow-return books operating flow chart and self-service system were designed in order to make the interface more friendly.
