With the development of electronic information technology,the application of radio frequency cards in life is more and more extensive,which has gradually become the trend of smart card development.In order to enhance core competitiveness,smart card manufacturers constantly seek new technologies to produce radio frequency cards.At the same time,due to the pressure of industrial transformation and upgrading,these enterprises need to have more flexible,high-speed,reliable and precise automated production lines.Therefore,the development of radio frequency card automatic production line integration technology research is of great significance.The paper mainly analyzes the production process of the radio frequency card automation production line,and puts forward the automatic production line control system which meets the modern industrial production.The system uses integrated modular approach to divide the production line into five functional modules,which realizes the automatic production process of radio frequency card input to output.In this system,the motion control part adopts the piecewise control method to realize the closed loop control of the servo motor.In this subject,the research contents are mainly divided into two aspects.On the one hand,from the perspective of improvement plan research,combined with the characteristics of radio frequency card automated production line,it analyzes and studies the specific considerations,process and overall structure,finally puts forward the integrated modular solution.On the other hand,starting from the principle of the selection of hardware and other hardware,such as motion control card,servo driver,servo motor and so on,the whole system is studied with the analysis of hardware and software.In the design process of the production control system,the system is built by combining the man-machine interface with the industrial personal computer,and the control system is controlled by the industrial personal computer as the core of the control system.In the servo control system,the main choice of the Panasonic Corp MADHT1507 E model servo driver and its supporting MSME022G1 S model servo motor.The servo system drives the execution parts to carry and collect the card.Through the study of the control part of the motion,the DMC1000 B motion control card is selected to control the servo driver,and the servo motor is driven by the servo drive to carry and collect the card.According to the actual situation of the movement part,we choose the motion control software with good compatibility and expansibility.The whole control system connects all functional modules through communication,so as to realize the control of radio frequency card automatic production line.This research is applied to the control system of radio frequency card automation production line.Through the system installation and test,and the analysis of the test data,it is found that the control scheme can realize automatic control of the production radio frequency card and meet the production line control requirements.Besides,this paper provides a good case for the automation and intellectualization of other automated production lines.
