The Design And Implementation Of Computer Room Management Platform Based On Radio-frequency Card

At present, most of universities have their own computer room, most of them using manual management, queuing for using computer has become a common matter; billing and payment for shared resource use is generally done manually, this is error prone as it lacks accuracy, and also increase the risk of mismatch between payment and receipt. In the information age, this management has been unable to adapt to today’s needs. When the computer room is in an open area, teachers need regular inspections in order to prevent students using computers without permission or evade the fee for usage. This is a huge challenge for the efficiency of management. It is not only a waste of manpower and resource but also has its limitation of efficiency.Therefore, it becomes an initial job for university administrators to improve the efficiency of the computer room management at this stage. At the same time we need to encourage more students using computers and optimize the way we are teaching. Building a suitable computer room management system plays a very important role in the whole management of computer room. It has a direct relationship with the safety management, the operation of the computer room and the student management. Based on the current fact of the management of the computer room, It has become an urgent task to build a set of efficient, scientific computer room management system at the moment.In this paper, the design of an intelligent computer room management system is targeting on solve the problems of huge workload in the university computer room and the outdated manual manage system. This paper has design an intelligent computer room management platform after researching various existing problems of the computer room management at present. And this new management system is based on the RF card technology, in another words is firstly it has built a hardware for the RF read-write device connection, then it has developed a software to perfect its management functions by solving various existing problems and defects. This new management has an intelligent charging method and remote operation fuction etc.
