Analysis Design And Implementation Of Community Risk Prevention And Control Cloud Platform

Urban and rural community is the basic unit of social governance,community security is the foundation of urban and rural community operation.At present,our country grass-roots community risk monitoring ability still stays in the stage of digital,and level of intelligent and precise is low.Community risk prevention is fragmented,which urgently needs comprehensive prevention and control ability.This paper analyze,design and implement the prototype of community risk prevention and control cloud platform of social space,physical space and network space,including the following results:Firstly,the ontology model of community risk prevention and control is proposed.With ABC ontology for upper ontology,people,things,land,content,organization,facilities and vulnerability,hazards,emergency ability and risk are defined as concepts and the relations between concepts are defined.This paper also propose the ontology model of community risk map.Secondly,design and analysis of the community risk prevention and control is conducted.This paper puts forward domain model and view model of the community risk control cloud platform.Domain model includes scene model,use case model,feature model;View model includes the logical view,process view,development view,physical view and the scene view.This model realize the risk prevention and control of the integrated community of police,government,property management and integrated governance.Finally,the prototype of the community risk control cloud platform is initially implemented.The prototype system has realized the function of human intelligence management,public opinion monitoring,community risk map generation,decision-making process and so on.This paper is guided by the core idea of domain engineering and based on plain,event,people,behavior multi-layer heterogeneous network,we do analyze and design of risk prevention and control of community,and construct cloud platform of risk prevention and control of community,which supplies streets and communities with support of prevention and control of community risk.
