The development of mobile Internet provides unlimited opportunities and challenges for social development and brings huge economic benefits.With the popularity of mobile device terminals and smart phones,the number of mobile users has surpassed PC as the main group of network services.At the same time,different kinds of Internet companies continue to innovate,explore and explore the huge potential of mobile network.Due to the structure limit,however,traditional network structure has the problem of rigidity,high cost for hardware upgrades,poor scalability,uncontrollable of service quality and network security and so on,it is more and more difficult for mobile network service to keep pace with the current Internet business development.Software definition of network technology is put forward,in the aspect of system architecture,made up for the limitations of traditional network,by trying to radically redesign network architecture,separating the control plane from the data plane of the internet,through improving the programmability of network,thus greatly enhance the network flexibility,so as to realize efficient network services and management.This paper mainly studies the SDN based mobile network management center network,including the center network structure optimization,network load balancing management of information transmission bandwidth resources required,programming network control interface and a new generation internet of vehicle application scenario of mobile network optimization control.In the first part,paper put forward the mobile network according to the characteristics of research,mobile network load balancing algorithm of SDN control layer and the data plane forward with state of the mobile network data exchange strategy,and through the experimental data than those of the optimized SDN network differences between conventional SDN network;Secondly in order to improve the software defined mobile network expansibility,puts forward a set of efficient north interface protocols,and provides an software development kit that can fit different types of north applications with the controller to realize effective usage of the interface protocol;Finally,designed and developed an internet of vehicle platform with geographic information management,video monitoring data analysis and data analysis functions,then carried out video streaming transmission scenario experiment analysis both on the traditional mobile network and software defined mobile network.Through the experimental results show that: the proposed software defined mobile network under the key technology is able to improve the mobile network of network transmission and the use efficiency,by improving the stability,extensibility and fitment,SDN technology performs better in mobile networks.Among them,the controller algorithm optimization,the technology of data plane forwarding with state,and the north interface standard have certain innovation and use value.
