Virtual Network System is a new public cloud of telecommunications, combining Cloud Computing, virtualization technologies and traditional IMS network, which can effectively solve the traditional IMS network entities’ problems, such as single point failure and performance bottleneck. Tenants can build virtual subnet on demand via virtulizing traditional IMS network, and capacity of the virtual subnet can be dynamically adjusted according to the needs of tenants.So far, however, security issues and network problems are important constraints hinder in the development of public clouds. The security of public cloud platform has been criticized, meanwhile, the current data center network architecture has been unable to adapt to the rapid changes in the cloud, seriously hampered the development of cloud computing business applications.In order to solve the above problems, this paper presents the design and implementation of virtual network system based on OpenFlow. Using OpenFlow to Transforma the existing networks can effectively isolate virtual resources to improve the security of the system. Meanwhile, we can aslo design and implement load balancing scheduling strategy based on OpenFlow to improve the performance of the system. Thus, the study has important implications for improving the safety and performance of virtual network system.Firstly, the paper makes a brief introduction of background of the system, research status and key technologies; Secondly, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the functional requirements of the system, non-functional requirements and interface requirements; The key issues of network security system isolation and load balancing scheduling will be discussed, a number of realistic solutions will be compared and analyzed, chose the best general method. The last part is for testing the virtual network system based on OpenFlow, the summary of the entire paper and the next prospect.
