Design And Implemention For Road Network Of City Operation Minitoring System

The development of road transport modernization and informationization is an important part of road network construction.In order to ensure the traffic safety,smooth and efficiency,Beijing has strengthened the basic information collection and sharing.Thanks to policy support about the development of informationization and intellectualization as well as the good foundation,the road network monitoring and emergency management system in Beijing has been into a period of comprehensive construction.The scale of highway facilities will be expanded according to the specifications from DB11/ 776.3—2011 in the road part of setting guidance on intelligent traffic management facilities.Traffic flow detection equipment should be set up every 2-3 km and video surveillance device set up every 2 km around on first class national highway.This will provide huge amounts of dynamic monitoring data.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate existing data acquisition devices and upgrade road network operation monitoring system.Furthermore,the construction of Beijing road network operation monitoring system has become an inevitable requirement.According to the current situation of the road network system in Beijing,this paper mainly completes the following parts.First of all,this paper starts with the problems existing in the operation monitoring of the road network.Through the analysis and comparison of the current situation of road network operation monitoring system at home and abroad,the goal and contents of this project are put forward.This paper studies the system's requirement analysis and its current status.The organization structure and business roles,which are related to road network operation monitoring system,are summarized,and the system requirements are described in detail.Secondly,on the basis of the research and analysis about demands,road network operation monitoring system is designed and implemented.The overall structure of the system is given,and the information system integrity as well as the system performance are analyzed and designed.Besides,the design of data system and the function module of the system are further detailed,and the system integration scheme and service deployment structure are given.Finally,the operation and test of the whole system are carried out.The goals,methods and environment of the testing is introduced briefly.Subsequently,the test cases are compiled according to the requirement research and analysis report and the developed road network operation monitoring system.The test results with these cases show that the system meets the acceptance standards.On this basis,the system is tested in detail based on the developed system and the test cases which come from the actual business scene.In addition,the whole process is recorded,including deployment,test and test repairing.
