The Road Network Monitoring And Analysis System Design And Implementation For Shandong Hi-Speed

Road network operating condition monitoring is an important part of highway operation and management. Through the research and analysis for the existing road network status monitoring and management of Shandong high-speed, the problems are found to disrupt the management and daily operation of Shandong high-speed, such as monitoring and control not in place, lack of control of resources, poor communication, decision-making unscientific. For the issues above, the paper proposes a complete and applicable solution for road network monitoring and analysis based on GIS-T technology and implements new road network monitoring and analysis system for Shandong high-speed.The road network monitoring and analysis system achieves the dynamic reorganization and monitoring of road network operating status by integrating video surveillance and traffic flow data collection into Electronic geographic information platform and combing information technology with traffic engineering theory. The implementation of road network monitoring and analysis system enhances the level of road network monitoring of Shandong high-speed and improves the emergency response capacity, operational efficiency and information management services, therefore ensuring safe and smooth operation of the highway.
