Design And Implement Of Tianjin Road Network Emergency Management System

With the rapid development of the economy and society and the rapid growth of traffic travel scale,these factors have put forward higher requirements for the construction level of road network facilities,the level of network management service,the industry supervision ability,the security and emergency security capability.On the other hand,severe weather and natural disasters in recent years pose a serious threat to the infrastructure and operation safety of road networks.In order to ensure the stable operation of road network,improve the safety performance,service level and emergency disposal ability of road network,provide safe,convenient and efficient travel service for the people,Tianjin road network management department decided to design and develop a set of emergency management system which conforms to the application of road network management in Tianjin.The emergency management system of Tianjin road network is a relatively large system.The system is divided into 4 subsystems,13 functional modules,the system set GIS technology,wireless communication technology and other technologies.In the whole system research process,the theory of software engineering design is studied strictly,and the requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing are attached to the system.In the process of demand analysis,a total of more than 20 investigations are carried out.The status of road network management,the final user of the system,the function of the system,the performance requirements and so on are analyzed to ensure the integrity,accuracy and feasibility of the demand analysis.In the process of system design,not only the overall framework and functional framework of the system are designed,but also the detailed design of the system process and system details,and the basic database and business database which can meet the application of the system are designed.After completing the development of the system,the function of the system is tested in detail,so as to ensure that the function of the system development is complete and the performance is stable.After nearly half a year's trial operation,the system runs steadily,the function and operation of the system meet the needs of the users,and can meet the actual needs of the emergency management of Tianjin road network,and get the affirmation and praise of the users.
